Neighbours' Dipi Rebecchi accuses her estranged husband Shane of a terrible crime on UK screens next week.

Dipi (Sharon Johal) becomes suspicious after Pierce Greyson collapses in mysterious circumstances and gets rushed to Erinsborough Hospital.

Pierce's condition stabilises once he receives treatment, but it soon becomes clear that there was a sinister explanation for his health scare.

Clive Gibbons informs Pierce (Don Hany) that drugs were found in his system. Pierce confirms that he hadn't taken anything, which means somebody must have spiked one of his drinks.

Pierce is asked to name anybody who might hold a grudge against him and he puts forward Shane (Nicholas Coghlan) as a possibility, as they've been clashing bitterly over his affair with Dipi.

Dipi develops the same theory when she finds out what happened, especially as the drug used to poison Pierce is one that Shane has used in the past.

Putting the clues together, Dipi wastes little time before accusing Shane and branding him a monster.

Later on, Pierce's son Hendrix (Benny Turland) becomes alarmed when he realises how seriously the police are taking this incident.

Fearful that Shane could get the blame, Hendrix comes clean with the true explanation – he drugged Pierce to make him suffer for blowing their family apart.

Although Dipi clearly has some apologising to do to Shane in the aftermath, she later confides in Jane Harris about how she has now realised her marriage is over.

Dipi declares that she doesn't feel what she used to for her husband – instead, she wants Pierce.

Neighbours airs these scenes on Monday, December 7 at 1pm and 5.30pm on Channel 5.
