Ziggy Astoni (Sophie Dillman) of Home and Away was left distraught as her boyfriend Dean Thompson admitted that he was an accomplice to last year’s murder of Ross Dixon.

She was shocked by what he had told her and instantly dumped him, both of them feeling humiliated that he had hidden such an immense secret from her and that he was willing to take part in something so evil.

Fans know it was Colby who killed Ross, and detective Angelo Rosetta is investigating him, and he’s sure he’s found the right man.

Teasers for the show have teased that Summer Bay residents are about to rock the enigmatic Witness X, as Angelo now thinks he has the proof to convict Colby.

A surprising new video revealed that the person who sold him out was Colby’s mate, Willow Roberts, in an attempt to try to save the rest of them from following the same fate.

If Willow’s evidence of Colby’s confession and her testimony is enough to send him down, however, it is yet to be revealed, as she was not present for the murder and a lot of it is circumstantial.

After learning one of his best friends has deceived him, is Colby set for a lengthy jail stint?

Willow is not Colby’s only friend who expressed their fear of the murder, as Ziggy also intended to turn on both Colby and Dean to do the right thing.

Actress Sophie teased that Colby might even be turned on by Ziggy, as she feels she could betray him and Dean, sending both of them to jail.

“Speaking to Daily Star Only, she said, “She feels like a fool, but everyone knows her, and again she feels like a fool.

The biggest thing for Ziggy is she hates liars, lies are the one things she can’t handle.”

She added: “Ultimately she’s not a murderer or does anything illegal, that’s not what she is about, and she is trying to work out whether she should be the one to talk to the police or not.

“Someone has been murdered!

“What is coming up, no one will ever expect.”

Home and Away continues on Monday at 1.15pm on Channel 5.
