Home and Away Tane Parata will insist that, after a disturbing experience with his criminal associates, Nikau wants to leave Summer Bay.

Tane (Ethan Browne) comes clean to Nikau (Kawakawa Fox-Reo) in scenes airing this week in Australia and in a month’s time in the UK, revealing that as a result of his recent dodgy acts (via TV Week), the Parata family are in danger.

Australian audiences saw Tane returning to Summer Bay earlier today (October 26) after being violently attacked. Without someone around to support him, he collapsed on the farm, and it wasn’t until the next day that Mackenzie Booth (Emily Weir) found him and rushed him to the hospital.

There, doctors reported that there were significant injuries to Tane, including a broken liver.

Desperately, Tane wanted to locate Ziggy Astoni (Sophie Dillman) because he had been hit by a van with stolen goods, but he was not allowed to leave the hospital.

During the Australian episode tomorrow, Tane warns Nikau as he comes to visit his nephew.

Nikau is angry to learn of the illegal acts he was up to. Tane apologizes, but then advises him to leave Summer Bay because the perpetrators are out there and still really agitated.

Tane’s request comes not long after Nikau was given the opportunity to move back again with her mother, Gemma, after learning that she was going to stay in New Zealand.
