Willow tries to speak to Dean about Colby, but seeing him and Ziggy so happy together stalls her, and she avoids talking to him any more.

Colby and Taylor meet at a hotel and take their relationship to risky territory. When they wake up together the next morning, Taylor’s feeling conflicted. Happy to be in Colby ‘s arms, Taylor ‘s lack of guilt makes her wonder where this is going.

When Colby returns home, Willow waits and wonders where he’s been, but he refuses to admit it. Jasmine finds Taylor in a predicament outside Colby ‘s apartment, offering a cup and a friendly smile.

In the meantime, John lingers at the Diner and goes as far as offering Jai and Amber to pay for their dessert. His acts are not unnoticed by Irene. Alf and Irene are talking about how John must be lonely.

John is trying to rally Jasmine to join the Surf Club Committee. John is chasing Alf down with another reason to have a business. Alf sets limits and suggests that John go and see his son in the area.

Elsewhere, Dean points out all the reasons why Ziggy and he should stay together. Just when Ziggy finds that she’s falling back for Dean, Amber arrives with Jai. Ziggy gets out of the trio before her heart breaks.

Jasmine notices Ziggy ‘s inability to get involved and attempts to persuade her that withdrawing herself is not the solution. Dean tries to renounce his catch-up with his son, who is infuriating with Amber. Just as Dean has persuaded Ziggy to come home, he backflips and prepares to drive everyone aside because of Colby’s reckless behavior.
